Florana[]

Stay squeaky clean[]

"Stay squeaky clean" is collected by traversing the entire Path of Death area in the Nabla Forest on Florana without taking any damage. The four sources of damage are falling, fire, boulders, pistons, and the few nabla natives and blood flies encountered. The latter can be easily overrun with any weapon, although someone strong is recommended to avoid risks. Falling only comes from being careless on any of the dropping platforms, whereas the boulders, fire traps, and pistons can be overcome with being patient and properly assessing any patterns when assessing the current threat.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Stay Squeaky Clean".

Starship Phoenix[]

Strive for arcade perfection[]

"Strive for arcade perfection" is collected by collecting all one hundred Qwark tokens and Health Upgrades on all five Qwark vid-comics.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the silver trophy "Strive for Arcade Perfection".

Beat Helga's best time[]

"Beat Helga's best time" is collected by completing Helga's VR gadget training in under 50 seconds. This is impossible on the first try due to the Hackers segments, but is very doable on further attempts as those only require the Hypershot.

Turn up the heat[]

"Turn up the heat" is collected by purchasing the Infernox armor at the Gadgetron armor vendor aboard the Starship Phoenix for 1,000,000 bolts, a feat likely impossible until challenge mode unless you avoid buying the most expensive weapons.

Set a new record for Qwark[]

Vid-comic Time
Booty is in the Eye of the Beholder 2:40
Arriba Amoeba! 2:10
Shadow of the Robot 1:50
Deja Q All Over Again 4:45
The Shaming of the Q 2:00

"Set a new record for Qwark" is a series of five identically-named skill points that each require you to beat a specific time in each of the Qwark vid-comics. It is important to know the best routes to for each vid-comic's level, as knowing when you need to wall-jump instead of climb a series of platforms, or when defeating an enemy is better than ignoring it, are crucial to beating each time record.

Monkeying Around[]

"Monkeying Around" is collected by hitting Skrunch twice with the OmniWrench, in the bridge on the Starship Phoenix, after completing "Play the Qwark vid-comic". Skrunch is faster than Ratchet on foot, but can be overtaken with the use of long jumps and by cutting corners.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Monkeying Around".

Marcadia[]

Reflect on how to score[]

"Reflect on how to score" is collected by killing 25 enemies using the Refractor in the laser defense facility on Marcadia. The Refractor is only able to kill enemies if it is directly standing within a laser beam, which must be then be redirected at them. The one-eyed tyhrranoids, of which there are enough for the skill point, are easy to handle using this, whereas the lone ultra mecha-tyhrranoid can be defeated using its own attacks back at it.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Reflect on How to Score".

Annihilation Nation[]

Bash the bug[]

"Bash the bug" is collected by defeating Scorpio in the namesake Scorpio challenge using only the OmniWrench. This task can be done at anytime upon the availability of the challenge, but becomes very easy if you return to it later in the game, as wrench damage is directly tied to your nanotech level. Wearing better armor is also useful in case you get hit, to avoid dying too soon. The fight itself is simple, either perform hyper-strikes or comet-strikes while repeatedly circling him to avoid his saw blade attack. If he resorts to his flamethrowers then move away from him while performing well-timed backflips and glides to dodge the flames.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the silver trophy "Bash the Bug".

Be an eight time champ[]

"Be an eight time champ" is collected by completing all of the gauntlet challenges on Annihilation Nation.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Eight Time Champion".

Flee Flawlessly[]

"Flee Flawlessly" is collected by completing any gauntlet challenge on the Annihilation Nation without taking damage. This skill point is not particularly difficult, but relying on the Shield Charger is a good way to avoid damage, along with any other powerful weapons just in case.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Flee Flawlessly".

Lights, camera, action![]

"Lights, camera, action!" is collected by destroying a total of five cameras during any of the gauntlet challenges. Cameras can easily be destroyed with any weapon capable of direct ranged fire.

Aquatos[]

Search for sunken treasure[]

"Search for sunken treasure" is collected by destroying all forty underwater crates encountered during the "Infiltrate the underwater hideout" mission. As weapons cannot be used underwater, the only option to destroy them is by setting off the explosive crates mixed in between the normal bolt crates and simply waiting for them to explode, taking away the whole stack.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Search for Sunken Treasure".

Hit the motherload[]

"Hit the motherload" is collected by retrieving all 101 sewer crystals in the sewers on planet Aquatos and delivering them to the Plumber. Most of the crystals require use of the Gravity Boots.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy Hit the Motherload"".

Tyhrranosis[]

Be a sharpshooter[]

"Be a sharpshooter" is collected by killing ten three-eyed tyhrranoids that are positioned in the watch towers at Korgon Base on Tyhrranosis using only the Flux Rifle. The Flux Rifle can kill them with a single hit, and at a far away enough range that they cannot fire back. There are enough towers spread out the region for more than ten tyhrranoids, only care has to be taken that Skrunch does not kill them first using the turboslider.

Daxx[]

Bugs to Birds[]

"Bugs to Birds" is collected by turning fifteen of the Floranian blood fly enemies into ducks using the Qwack-O-Ray. The weapon will be more than powerful to instantly turn them, and there will be enough bugs to turn as well.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Bugs to Birds".

Obani Gemini[]

Get to the belt[]

"Get to the belt" is collected by using a jump pad on Obani Gemini to land on one of the asteroids in the ring surrounding the moon. This skill point requires you to use the 3D world map of the map (through Select) and position the ring at the exact center of the screen. Rotate the map while keeping the ring centered until you can see a high platform with a single jump pad more or less directly below the ring, there will be only one that allows you to reach it.

Now, once at the jump pad, repeatedly use it to try and land on one of the several flat-topped asteroids spread throughout the asteroid belt. It will take several tries, but through either trial and error, or by using the map to try and see any incoming correct asteroids and time the jump properly, will see you net the skill point.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Get to the Belt".

Blackwater City[]

Bash the party[]

"Bash the party" is collected by killing twenty enemies during Operation: BLACK TIDE on Rilgar with the OmniWrench. All three available missions have plenty of enemies available, but the ideal one-eyed tyhrranoids are limited to around half a dozen for each, thus forcing you to either repeat a mission or focus on the other enemies. The second mission is the shortest with the most easy enemies within reach.

Holostar Studios[]

Feeling Lucky?[]

"Feeling Lucky?" is collected by getting a jackpot on one of the slot machines in Holostar Studios. There are several available in both missions, and activating a slot machine simply requires hitting them with a normal melee attack. Slot machines will either hand out ammo, bolts, nanotech, or outright explode, aside from the jackpot required to unlock this skill point. Unlocking it is purely based on luck and just requires several tries before it succeeds.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Feeling Lucky?".

Metropolis[]

2002 was a good year in the city[]

"2002 was a good year in the city" is collected by destroying any of the blimps flying around Metropolis. Blimps are fragile and easy targets, and several can be seen flying around the city. It is recommended to use the Flux Rifle to destroy them, for it has the highest range and fastest bullet speed out of any weapon. This skill point is a reference to the "Blimpy" skill point from Ratchet & Clank, as it was released in 2002.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "It was a very good year...".

Zeldrin[]

Suck it up![]

"Suck it up!" is collected by using the Suck Cannon to kill forty enemies in the crash site on Zeldrin. Using the Vortex Cannon is highly recommended to deal with the powerful soldier and guard bots encountered. There will be more than enough enemies on the crash site itself, but you will be limited in potential ammo, which primarily comes in the numerous scout bots roaming around, as well as several stacks of crates.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Suck It Up".

Aim High[]

"Aim High" is collected by killing ten of the skreeducks flying around the crash site on Zeldrin. Skreeducks are pterodactyl-like flying animals, several of which can be seen around the skies on the crash site. Use the Flux Rifle, as its accuracy, range, and zoom function will easily allow you to shoot down any skreeduck. It is recommended to stand on the landing pad since there is a nearby vendor present, allowing you to replenish ammo

Aridia[]

Zap back at ya'[]

"Zap back at ya'" is collected by destroying ten enemies using the Refractor, by reflecting the ultra mecha-robonoids' own beams back at other enemies and themselves. Note that this skill point appears to be glitchy, as at times, you need more than ten kills to collect it.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Zap Back At Ya'".

Go for hang time[]

"Go for hang time" is collected by using the turboslider to gain at least two seconds of air time. This challenge can be completed in either "Assassination" or "Reclaim the Valley", as only these missions give access to the vehicle and the valley. Achieving the skill point itself is easy, simply drive the turboslider up on either side of the large ramp on the north side of the valley. With enough momentum it will fly over the gap and pass by the ramp on the other end, coming down safely on the ground eventually, which will have taken more than two seconds all in all.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Go For Hang Time".

Qwark's Hideout[]

Break the Dan[]

"Break the Dan" is collected by destroying the hidden Snow Dan in Qwark's hideout in the Thran Asteroid Belt. The Snow Dan can be reached after using the Hypershot to cross a large gap and reaching an area with a single turret and several Qwark bots. To the right of this area is a small crevice in between two tall walls, which actually functions as a jump slot. Double jump to the wall, without gliding, and wall jump to the top to find the Snow Dan.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Break the Dan".

Koros[]

You break it, you win it[]

"You break it, you win it" is collected by destroying most of the breakable objects within the Nefarious BFG area on planet Koros. The Bolt Grabber V2 is essential for this, and the skill point simply requires you to repeatedly use hyper-strikes all around the area to automatically destroy as much as possible.

Mylon[]

Spread your germs[]

"Spread your germs" is collected by using the Infector to infect thirty enemies in the command center (or launch site) on Mylon. The upgraded Infecto Bomb is essential for this, as it can easily infect an entire group of enemies with a single shot. Simply proceed through the location and use the Infecto Bomb as much as possible.

Collecting this skill point in the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita versions of Up Your Arsenal will unlock the bronze trophy "Penicillin Anyone?".
