Template:GCEnemyboxSpitting Dune Crawlers were red, medium-sized creatures that sprayed a poisonous gas out of their mouths at Ratchet. They were often found protecting desert crystals by hiding under the sand and coming out when the Lombax got near. They were also packed in large groups together with the Mutant Sandflies and Desert Dune Monsters. Ratchet could use the Heavy Lancer for quick disposal, or the Blitz Gun to keep them at distance, as they could easily overwhelm him, if may enough.
Trivia
- This creature was later to remembered on planet Cobalia in Tools of Destruction as the Cerullean Centipede, as these two enemies shared a common characteristic, which was shooting acid/poison to get their enemies down.
