The protosuit,[1] also called the Ranger Armor,[2] was an armor which was the most advanced combat suit on the market. It came in all the latest fall colors: black and orange. It was utilized by the Galactic Rangers as it allowed Rangers to summon weapons at will through a neural interface.
Gameplay-wise, the protosuit was merely a cosmetic change and did not reduce damage.
The armor had four alternate paint jobs, available depending on the amount of gold bolts the player had. These included: "Galactic Ranger," "Burning Inferno," (red) "Chrometastic," and "Qwark Green" (green).
