Hardcore was a difficulty setting in Ratchet & Clank Future: A Crack in Time. It was unlocked by beating the game once on any difficulty. Projectile based enemy attacks were faster and damage that Ratchet received was increased substantially as well as enemies having more health. Boss Battles had no health crates or ammo crates, making them far more difficult than on other difficulty settings, even Hard.
