Cragmite Hunter was a type of Cragmite enemy encountered by Ratchet. A step up from the smaller Cragpoles, these older beasts were much fiercer and combat-ready than their younger siblings. The Hunters had the ability to de-molecularise and shift their positions rather quickly, being invunerable while they did so, before reappearing and attacking again. Cragmite Hunters were equipped with long-range weapons that fired a quick round of energy blasts that were very damaging to Ratchet.
After Tachyon's defeat, it is assumed that the Hunters were defeated as they are not seen again after the Cragmite Emperor meets his fate. An interview with Qwark confirms that they were banished.
