Ammo Crates were crates which carried GrummelNet ammo for various GrummelNet weapons, such as the Spiral of Death, the Shard Reaper, the Negotiator and Mr. Zurkon.

Bust open these crates to replenish your Ammo stores. While there is no telling which kind of ammunition is stored inside, chances are it will be something you need. If you have already maxed out the Ammo level for a weapon, you will not be able to pick up any of the contents.
Behind the scenes
- In 'All 4 One', ammo crates were replaced by ammo pads, which gave every player a refill of all weapons' ammo after standing on it.
In Full Frontal Assault, weapon crates do not appear if the infinite ammo cheat is active, and they respawn faster if they are from a weapon pod.
